Your Agreement with Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the tk1bd platform — whether via web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and tk1bd.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the tk1bd platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by tk1bd, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, crash games, and all promotional activities. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between tk1bd and the Player.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to the tk1bd platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tk1bd enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Any player who provides false information regarding their age will have their account immediately terminated and any balances forfeited.

tk1bd reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of tk1bd services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on the tk1bd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If tk1bd identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus balances forfeited without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tk1bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login information. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

tk1bd applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. You may be asked to provide supporting documents such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill at any stage of your relationship with tk1bd, and always before your first withdrawal is processed. Delays in providing requested documents will result in a corresponding delay to withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk1bd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk1bd does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tk1bd balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of the transaction being completed in your mobile wallet application. tk1bd does not impose deposit fees. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet within 15 to 30 minutes in standard circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume or requiring additional compliance review may take longer. tk1bd does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tk1bd maintains strict anti-money laundering controls. The platform reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that triggers an internal compliance flag. Players must not use tk1bd as a mechanism for processing, laundering, or obscuring funds from any unlawful source. Any suspicion of financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant account closed immediately.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tk1bd offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. These promotion-specific terms take precedence where they differ from these general terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Each bonus is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a single bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• tk1bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or misrepresentation.
• Winnings generated through demonstrably erroneous odds, technical faults, or exploited software bugs will be considered void and will not be credited to player balances.
• Bonuses not claimed or used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on the tk1bd platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the tk1bd system and a confirmation reference number has been generated. Verbal or unconfirmed bets have no standing.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event will be voided unless they are explicitly designated as in-play or live betting markets.
• tk1bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published, or where the outcome of the event was already determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are published within each market and may be updated periodically. tk1bd reserves the right to limit the stake of any individual player on any market without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) will be used as the authoritative source. tk1bd's decision on disputed results, made in good faith following review of available evidence, is final.
• All gaming outcomes in the tk1bd slots, live casino, and crash game categories are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of these systems is subject to third-party audit.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk1bd platform. Engagement in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the tk1bd platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk1bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name tk1bd, the platform logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of tk1bd or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tk1bd platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the platform content without the express prior written consent of tk1bd.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to tk1bd for display on the platform. Any unauthorised use of such content is a violation of both these Terms & Conditions and the intellectual property rights of the relevant studio.

9. Limitation of Liability

tk1bd provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. tk1bd will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, provided that reasonable steps have been taken to restore service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their tk1bd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

tk1bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if tk1bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

tk1bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices for all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools designed to help individuals manage their gambling activity effectively. 11. Termination & Suspension

tk1bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• At the Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.
• Where continued operation of the account would be inconsistent with tk1bd's responsible gaming obligations.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds) will be reviewed by the compliance team. Where the closure is not related to financial crime, fraud, or bonus abuse, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon termination.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the tk1bd support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets that are already confirmed and in-play at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course and any resulting real-money winnings returned to the Player.

12. Amendments to These Terms

tk1bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as those affecting Player rights, financial conditions, or responsible gaming obligations — tk1bd will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors, may be published without prior notice.

The version of the Terms & Conditions that is current at the time of any bet, game session, deposit, or withdrawal is the version that governs that specific transaction. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was published. Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tk1bd operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws as they apply to their individual circumstances.

In the event of any dispute between tk1bd and a Player that cannot be resolved informally through the support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal process. tk1bd's decisions in relation to account management, bet settlement, bonus qualification, and compliance matters — made in good faith following review of available evidence — are final and binding.
